All paintings, presented on this site, have been painted by me with the Chinese ink and watercolours on various kinds of xuan paper in my own style.
Although sometimes I get ideas for my works from photographs of nature: landscapes, birds, animals, ikebana, etc. They could be found on the Internet (Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest). Let me assure you, it is always my intention to find out who the author of the photo from which I get an idea for my art is. I am always mentioning this fact in the description of my work. If any of my works remind you of a particular photograph by a photographer known to you, please, let me know.
If you possess the rights to a photograph, which, as you might think, distinguishably resemblance of any my works and you have a problem with that it has been used as my source of inspiration, please, don’t hesitate to contact me. I believe that we will reach an agreement, as to the fact that two artists have a lot in common.
In other cases, all disputes could be settled in a court in Vladivostok, Russia by the Russian Federation laws.
As for usage of any of my works as a source of inspiration for painting your own art. My only request is that you give me a credit when publishing your work.
