"Continuous Nobility" (富贵连绵 fùguì liánmián)
The flycatcher's long tail ribbons (绶 shòu = "official sash") represent rank and honor.
Lotus (荷 hé) symbolizes purity and spiritual elevation.
Together, they imply: "May your virtuous character be recognized with enduring success."

Wordplay:
绶 shòu (flycatcher's ribbon) sounds like 寿 shòu ("longevity").
莲 lián (lotus) sounds like 连 lián ("continuous").
