Every time, when you get a new paper you have to learn to paint almost from the beginning.
The brush moves differently.
The ink`s absorbed in another way.
Even the colours looks different.
This time it`s a semi-raw xuan with herbal leaves, yes, the real leaves and petals are fused right into the sheets of paper.
This paper is more rough, unevenly, yellowish. It almost doesn’t absorb ink and the colors tend to end up with greyish tint.
